Modesto's Redevelopment Agency (RDA) was established for the purpose of improving the physical and economic conditions of our community within the Project Area.

Our increasing success, since we began in 1983, is due to our ability to build partnerships within the business and residential community. Our united goal is to enhance the lives of our citizens by creating jobs, housing, public facilities and a safe community in which to live, work, and play.
