Improvements

To help eliminate blight and facilitate a livable, workable area, the Agency has funds dedicated to assist with public improvement projects that could include street construction, streetscape, signage, public garages, land acquisition/disposition.  These projects will grow from public-private partnerships in accordance with the Redevelopment law and may include mixed-use projects, public parking, public amenities for market-rate housing, etc.

The Agency staff continues to identify development partners in an increased effort to combine RDA funds with multiple funding sources for the production of various types of development within the Project Area. These funds will provide monies for the public amenities associated with these developments.
